Steps to Become a Member of The Fountain Place & Purchase Health Testing:

Step 1: Complete Client Intake Questionnaire

Step 2: Schedule a new member in-person or Zoom consultation appointment. After this appointment, you will have access to TFP’s exclusive member benefits & services, including discounts on health testing. 

Step 3: Purchase a health testing package with your member discount code. Once your test kit arrives, complete your testing and mail back your sample in the pre-paid envelope. If you are not comfortable performing a fingerstick, The Fountain Place can do this for you. An additional appt will be needed. 

Step 5: After your test results are back, schedule a Zoom call to review your report.. 

Step 6: Register with Fullscripts to obtain online quality supplements with a 15% discount.  All supplements in the Fullscripts catalog are overseen by a medical advisory board.
